1. Neural circuit-level mechanisms of stress-induced behavioral states: This position will combine slice electrophysiology, ex vivo and in vivo imaging, and behavioral analysis. Candidates with prior experience in electrophysiology and/or a strong background in signal processing and coding are preferred.
Students interested in transitioning from other fields (eg. immunology, development, biophysics, etc.) to modern behavioral neuroscience are also welcome to apply.
